Members-at-large may have various responsibilities and projects – short or long-term – during their elected two-year term.

We’d like to thank Chairman Eileen Muller who led the MCR Bylaw Committee. The team worked throughout the summer to bring our bylaws into compliance with state law as well as making recommendations for amendments. The suggested amendments will be voted on at our Mandatory meeting and will need a 2/3 vote to approve. Please review these prior to the meeting and if you have questions please speak with your District Chairman.  MCR BYLAW AMENDMENTS CAN BE VIEWED HERE.
