BYLAW AMENDMENTS TO REVIEW ——
We’d like to thank Chairman Eileen Muller who led the MCR Bylaw Committee. The team worked throughout the summer to bring our bylaws into compliance with state law as well as making recommendations for amendments. The suggested amendments will be voted on at our Mandatory meeting and will need a 2/3 vote to approve. Please review these prior to the meeting and if you have questions please speak with your District Chairman.  MCR BYLAW AMENDMENTS CAN BE VIEWED HERE.

PC PACKET PREPARATION ——
Volunteers will be needed for PC packet stuffing. This will take place on Saturday, January 6. Time and location will be sent once confirmed. The more volunteers we have to stuff approximately 2,900 packets the faster we will have them done.  🙂  Please send volunteer names/contact info to Chairman Cathy Schwanke at schwankeld1@gmail.com

SET UP / TEAR DOWN ——
Set up begins on Friday afternoon, January 12th at 1:00pm. We’ll set up tables, hang banner and signs and prepare the facility for our meeting on Saturday. If you can help please contact Executive Director Lisa Gray at lisa@lisagray.com

NOTICE OF MEETING ——
Elected and appointed PCs will be officially notified of this meeting by receiving a Call Letter. In years past this letter has always been mailed via USPS.  This year, with the passing of SB1191 we are now able to Email these letters providing the Precinct Committeeman opts-in to receive it by Email. If you’d like to receive your call letter by email, please opt-in here**Please note that if you choose to receive your call letter by email you will not receive a copy by USPS.

SUBMITTING RESOLUTIONS ——

CALL FOR NOMINATIONS ——
Nominations are now closed. Members-at-large are voting members of the Executive Guidance Committee and, while they do not have a specific list of duties, they serve the board’s strategic needs as determined by the Chairman at any given time. Members-at-large may have various responsibilities and projects – short or long-term – during their elected two-year term.
