By now you should have received an official call letter, mailed on Monday, March 20, 2023, for the election of LD3 officers.

Time: 6:00 PM – Credentials open
7:00 PM – Credentials close & Call to Order
The meeting was called by the Maricopa County Republican Committee (MCRC) as a result of a vote of the MCRC Executive Guidance Committee (EGC) in its regular meeting on March 7, 2023, in accordance with MCRC bylaws, LD3 bylaws and input from legal counsel.
The decision to proceed with this meeting was made by the entirety of county party leadership in a 19 to 7 vote (link) at which all LD chairman were represented. The MCRC is proceeding as directed by that leadership and in accordance with relevant sections of MCRC and LD3 bylaws.
In the event you have heard information to the contrary, please be assured this meeting will take place at the time and location specified above.
The MCRC is hosting the meeting and will be facilitating the elections and ballot tallying.
Please make sure to carefully review all of the materials in the official call letter that was sent. In it you will find important information regarding the meeting Agenda, Rules, and a Proxy form. These forms have also been linked below for your convenience.

Voter ID: Government-issued photo ID is required to be credentialed & receive ballots.Proxies: In accordance with MCRC LD3 Bylaws, Art VI, Sec 2, “no person shall carry more than one (1) proxy. No reassignment of proxy rights shall be permitted” and Art VI, Sec 1, “Proxy carriers shall be an elected PC from the same precinct as the proxy grantor, and otherwise meet criteria specified in the Maricopa County Republican Committee (MCRC) Bylaws.” A proxy grantor must have specified the name of their proxy carrier on the proxy form prior to or in the presence of the notary or witness signing the proxy form.
