In its monthly meeting, July 2, 2024, the Maricopa County Executive Guidance Committee unanimously issued a vote of “No Confidence” in Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer. The resolution reads as follows:
The Maricopa County Executive Guidance Committee is made up of the 5 members of the Executive Board, 5 elected Members-at-Large, and the 20 GOP Legislative District Chairmen within the county.
