MCRC EGC Removes Voting Rights of Kevin Hartke
Pursuant to MCRC Bylaws, Article VI, Section 5 (B), the MCRC Executive Guidance Committee (EGC) met on November 12, 2024 where, in Executive Session, a trial was conducted and evidence was presented, charging Precinct Committeeman Kevin Hartke with publicly endorsing Independent/NON-partisan candidate OD Harris in the Chandler City Council race when there were 4 Republicans on the ballot. The censure against Hartke failed and it was voted on to keep that in executive session.
On December 11th of 2024, the EGC voted unanimously to reverse that decision and make it public, based on Kevin’s PUBLIC stand with Hobbs on prop 479 as further evidence of his disregard for MCRC Bylaws.
After this further review of the findings of a special committee named to investigate the charges, judgment was rendered, removing Mr. Hartke’s voting rights within the MCRC.
The evidence presented to the committee is found below.
