  2. Open the Bylaw Template file using Microsoft Word, enter your information and your proposed bylaw amendment, and save the form.
  3. Upload the form by clicking the “Upload” button and completing the form including selecting your completed form as instructed. Please note that the uploaded document MUST be either in the original format of the bylaw template you downloaded or a PDF.
