March 30, 2023, the Maricopa County Republican Committee (MCRC) hosted and led a Special Meeting in Scottsdale for LD3. The agenda included electing an entire new LD3 Board as originally requested by the LD3 Board. One hundred and ninety-six PCs were in attendance, which was almost double the number required for a quorum. The agenda was approved by the body with a 195 to 1 vote, requiring a new election to take place. Nominations for each position were taken from the floor. Ballots were printed, distributed, returned and hand counted on stage for the entire Body to witness. The credentials, proxies, and ballots were secured and taken to a secure location by MCRC Sergeant of Arms, Rob Canterbury. The results of the elections are as follows:
Bob Gomez – Chairman
Michelle Rugloski – 1st Vice Chair
David Genge – 2nd Vice Chair
Carol Torkko – Secretary
Kevin Maldonado – Treasurer

Best LD Meeting I have been to ever. A meeting ran by the PC’s, the body, “We the People”. MCRC did a great job getting our LD back on the tracks, leading and teaching us on how to operate following all the Republican values. I witnessed a lot of smiles, happiness, laughing and members participating. After 4- months of corrupt, deceptive tyranny there is a renewed hope in the air for LD3 and our fight to save our country.

I felt like i was with a group .That is ready for some challenges. The body was making the decisions. It was ran professionally by the MCRC
This election was completely legitimate. I was willing to put my 2nd VC position on the line, to ensure election integrity in our LD. I was voted out and I respect and honor the will of the body. We have a solid group of great conservatives now, serving the PCs and not their own ambitions. Congratulations to all.
Thank you MCRC for having the integrity to listen to the people who witnessed “real” election corruption! We are not liars. Thank you MCRC for having the courage to grant LD3 the new election we have been fighting for since this past December. Thank you MCRC for complete transparency, guidance, and patience, during the process.
As Chairman Berland asked, my sword is sheathed, but still on my hip.

Thank you MCRC for being a voice of reason and not the partisan hacks of the Republican base of the Uni Party. As a PC and SC in LD3, I can tell you that registered Republicans are feed up with the current state of GOP politics on the Federal & State level and now have confidence that their local Republican leaders will represent them.
To the old guard McCainite establishment who are fighting this change so that you retain your power, beware the power is in the people not a few elitists. This was a lawful election!
ILLEGAL election
Thanks to all the MCRC members for helping LD3 get the election integrity we so badly needed. I salute you with special notes of thanks going out to: Jeff Greenspan, Lawrence Hudson, Ray Michael, Robert Canterbury and all the wonderful people who helped in counting the ballots.

To echo others – this meeting was a breath of fresh air. The MCRC hosted a professional, well-run and efficient LD meeting, which followed Robert’s Rules and applicable bylaws.
Sincere kudos to Jeff Greenspan for taking the time to acknowledge requests, support cordial debate and allow for teaching moments while conducting LD business.
Finally! A LD3 meeting that was run expeditiously and followed Roberts Rules which brought about an election that all could be proud of. I personally want to thank the MCRC for bringing this event to fruition, inspite of all obstacles placed before the LD3 body. MCRC and the EGC were not fooled by the small handfull of people who were illegally holding the LD3 body hostage. Nearly 200 members ignored the deceitful tactics used to discourage the March 30 meeting and voted in a board with complete transparency. Thank you MCRC for observing all evidence and finding the truth.
I would like to take a moment to thank the MCRC board for coming to the aid of LD3. Election Integrity is very important! We want honest fair elections! Thank you for coming and helping us have an election full of integrity! Blessings to you all!
Congratulations to the New LD3 Executive Board! Thank you MCRC for supporting fair and transparent elections. The PCs in LD3 Can feel confident that we now have leadership in MCGOP and LD3 that follow-through with what they promised and that is to hear to voices of their constituents, support elections that are honest and rebuild our County. Isaiah 54:17 “No weapon formed against you will prosper.”

Thank you for honoring our request for a legitimate election in LD3. We go forward with confidence in knowing that our District will be transparent, round according to the Bylaws and focused on fighting for elections that count every legal vote. We will take our country back from the Communist Left!
Thank you to our RCMC for granting us another election in LD3!! I believe that the new board that we voted in, will do an amazing job and give “We THE PEOPLE” our wonderful voices moving forward in this district!!!
