Voter Registration, Signature Verification and Curing File Request
If the signature on your Ballot Affidavit Envelope needed to be cured, it means there was something clearly inconsistent with either your voter registration file, or the signature on the envelope. Unfortunately, if there is a problem with your ballot envelope during an election, the Maricopa County Elections Department does not provide a way for you to view your registration file, or the questionable signature to verify that it is yours.
There is a solution between elections. You can download the form below, fill it out, and send it to the County Recorder with the email or mailing address on the form. They will send back your complete voter registration file, plus pictures of any envelopes submitted in any previous elections. We believe that all voters should be aware of the contents of their voter registration file to be sure that it contains only accurate information. Please feel free to call the MCRC if you have any questions.
