Request to Speak

The Arizona Request to Speak System (RTS) is how you share your opinion on bills which are in progress in the Legislature. It gives you a voice and allows you to support strong bills which aligns with Republican values. First, you will NOT have to speak in person! (Sometimes this programs title scares people from participating.) We need many more Republican PCs weighing in on the Election Integrity Bills. Please learn this skill! This is all done online on your home computer.

What is the Request to Speak System? It is a program that allows Arizonans to share their opinion on bills before a vote is taken in the Legislature. This can be done online from your home computer. This is much easier than going to the capitol! You will learn to log on and show your support (thumbs up) or opposition (thumbs down) on proposed Legislation. READ MORE

 

Here is the Process: 

  1. Create your RTS account. Click Here to Register (then click “Create an Account” at the top right).
    Please note: you or another person/organization must register/activate your account in person at a kiosk in the capitol building before signing into the RTS system.
  2. Sign in to your ‘Request to Speak’ account.
  3. Click “New Request” on left navigation
  4. In the “Search Phrase” put in bill number such as 1028 and click the “SEARCH” button
  5. Click the “Add Request” button next to the bill you want
  6. Select your position such as “For”, if you want to speak, and add your comment
  7. Click “Submit”
  8. Check and update your positions
