MCRC EGC VOTES TO SEND LETTER TO BOS URGING COMPLIANCE WITH COURT RULING
In their regular meeting held May 5, 2026, the MCRC EGC voted to send the following letter to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, urging it comply with Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Scott Blaney’s April 17, 2026 order requiring them to immediately return election IT staff, servers, databases, software, and websites it unlawfully seized from the Recorder’s Office nearly 18 months ago:
The Maricopa County Executive Guidance Committee is made up of the 5 members of the Executive Board, 5 elected Members-at-Large, and the 20 GOP Legislative District Chairmen within the county.
